AR Invoice Update allows a person with the proper ULA permissions to change an invoice even after it is recorded. These changes should be minimal and will be reflected in the ledger. It is an open debate as to if this function should be allowed. The program is available for those that wish to use it but your system administrators may elect to remove it from the menu.
